The mudguard for heavy vehicles is made up of several parts. These can be assembled with different colours and hardnesses. The fixings are spring steel grips on each side of one element which allows displacement for easy fitting and absorption of road shocks. Locking keys can be used. The central part of this is square and the ends are rectangular. The parts to be assembled have rectangular openings and assembly is by a quarter turn of the key which then locks. The parts are formed of elastomer with internal side grooves to direct liquid and air and to reduce splash.
