<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a highly reliable printed-resistor molded product whose surface is smooth and pinholefree by a method wherein, after a metal foil where a resistor and the like have been formed has been molded together with a resin and has been transferred, the metal foil is etched and removed. CONSTITUTION:A silver paste 5 to be used as an electrode is screenprinted on the surface of an aluminum foil 4; an ink 6 for resistor use to be used as a resistor is screen-printed again; the aluminum foil 4 for transcription use is formed. Then, a prepreg 7 of a glass cloth which has been impregnated with an epoxy resin and semi-hardened is piled up on the aluminum foil 4 on the side where the silver paste 5 and the ink 6 for resistor use have been printed; they are heated and pressurized by using a hot press and are molded as a single body. After that, the whole of the aluminum foil 4 is etched end removed; a printed-resistor molded product 8 can be obtained. When an electrode lead part interlinked to the silver paste 5 is to be left, a resist 9 as shown by an alternate long and short dash line is coated on the rear of a part at the aluminum foil 4 where the silver paste has been printed; after that, it is molded as one body; in succession, an unnecessary part of the aluminum foil 4 is etched and removed; the electrode lead part 10 can be formed.</p> |
