<p>Waste tires are used as fuel in an apparatus for the production of cement by means of a rotary kiln by charging waste tires or crushed waste tire pieces to a position where the temperature of the exhaust gas in the apparatus is 600-1,400 DEG C in an amount of not more than 60% of the total used fuel calculated as heat energy.</p> |
