<p>PURPOSE:To finely and rapidly draw the fixed form line or figure of a proceedings or schedule, by combining a drawing apparatus and the input apparatus for sending drawing data of a fixed form to said drawing apparatus with a drawing board having printing function. CONSTITUTION:Necessary drawing data is preliminarily formed by other personal computer prior to the start of a meeting and a floppy disk is loaded with said data to be set to an inlet 106. The drawing data is the gathering of commands for allowing an X-Y plotter to perform drawing and, form example, a command group of 'move by 100mm in a right direction' 'move by 50mm in a lower direction' 'lower a pen'. A bar 102 is moved with respect to a moving order of an X-direction and a pen support apparatus 104 is moved with respect to a moving order of a Y-direction. A pen 103 is raised and lowered by the pen support apparatus 104. When a settling period arrives in accordance with the progress of the meeting, the switch of an operation panel 108 is pushed to execute drawing and the drawing to be used in the proceedings of the meeting is obtained being displayed on a drawing board 101.</p> |
