<p>The lens mounting chamber has sets of two rectangular lens mountings, covering glasses or mountings combined with plastic sheet. They are separated by a seal and pressed against each other. By the use of two sealing rings two chambers can be formed, with round apertures in the top and bottom. The mounting is for the cultivation of human and animal cells in a suitable nutrient, and the chamber is designed to facilitate microscopic examination of the cultures.</p> |
