The foot grating or floor is used in sties for pig rearing. It consists of reinforced concrete with spaced longitudinal struts used as steps. These are connected at the front sides by cross struts so that long, parallel holes result. The cross-section of the longitudinal struts (1) is trapezoidal. The step face (2) of the longitudinal struts (1) has a width of 20mm and the spacing between the step faces (2) is 10mm.
