PURPOSE:To prepare preservable ''miso'' seasoned and fried, having good taste and flavor of ''miso'', by mixing fried and seasoned ''miso'' with seasoned ingredients obtained by frying vegetables in oil, and heating the mixture. CONSTITUTION:''Miso'' is fried in oil sufficiently to get high luster, and seasoned with seasoning prepared by mixing ''sake'', salad oil, sweet ''sake'' and Guinea pepper, to obtain fried ''miso''. Seasoned ingredients are prepared, separately, by mixing chopped carrot, potato, shiitake mushroom, a small amount of konjak, sesame, sea tangle, dried small sardines, and soybeans soaked with water, frying the mixture in oil, and seasoning with the above seasoning. The fried ''miso'' is mixed with the seasoned ingredients, and heated to obtain the title ''miso''. |
