<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a fiber reinforced body molded by foaming and coated with synthetic resin film without producing air bubbles by interposing a continuous strand mat. CONSTITUTION:Continuous strand mats (CSM)2 are arranged at outsides of a fiber material 1 such as glass fiber or the like impregnated with liquid of resin capable of being hardened by foaming, further, synthetic resin films are arranged at outsides of the mats, and, under this condition, the laminated layers are introduced into a passageway 4, thereby, the fiber material 1, the CSM2 and the synthtic resin films 3 are integrated, thus, a fiber reinforced body molded by foaming and coated with synthetic resin films on the surfaces thereof may be obtained.</p> |
