Title catalyst was composed of Sb-contained polycondensation catalyst and ethylene unsaturated compd.(I; X= H, -OR4, -SR4, amino, halogen, -O2CR5, mercaptol; Y = H, S; R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 = H, alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl, aryl, aralkyl; the substituted group of R4 is OH, amino, oxime, halogen, carboxyl, alkoxy, keto, sulfonyl, or sulfinyl). This catalyst is useful the prepn. of polyester.
