An aq. detergent compsns. substantially free of anionic surfactants comprises a nonionic surfactant, pref. 3-6 wt.% of the liq. a 10-18C fatty alcohol, pref. 0.2-2 wt.% of the liq. and an insoluble abrasive material pref. 20-60 wt.% based on the liquid. The prod. is used for cleaning hand surfaces. The presence of the fatty alcohol enables a stable prod. to be obtd. without sepn. on storage and also enables the incorporation of polyphosphates. |
