The control system is for the main hydraulic ram of a sawing machine, with hydraulic pump, piston spring and loading piston, the pump being actuated by a cam clamped to the main machine shaft. The loading piston chamber is connected by a suction valve to the oil reservoir, and by a pressure valve to the main ram. The ram in turn is connected by a pressure pipe to the chamber of a plunger working in the housing. This chamber is connected via axial and radial drillings to a cylindrical pressure groove in the external plunger surface. The plunger is supported by an adjustable spring, and an oil drain pipe leads from the spring chamber to the reservoir. |
