<p>PURPOSE:To obtain smaller sizes by holding a high-voltage winding in a metal mold; and by embedding a coil support plate, to which a terminal is attached to hold the insulating distance between a low-voltage winding and the grounding region, into the mold. CONSTITUTION:A fiber band 12 comprising glass mat is wound around a low-voltage winding 11, and a high-voltage winding 13 is wound around the fiber band 12. Then, after the wound product has been inserted into a metal mold, a spacer 16 is inserted between the winding 11 and a core window 14, and fixed to the metal mold. Thereafter, by injection-forming resin 17 having excellent insulating property to the metal mold in vacuum, the resin is impregnated in the fiber band 12, thereby the insulation work between the windings 11 and 13 is achieved and the outer molding can be performed at the same time. After the resin 17 has been cured, the product is taken out of the metal mold, and an iron core 15 is set in the iron core window 14. In this constitution, since a coil supporting plate is embedded inside the mold, a spacer is not required, and the product is made small.</p> |
