<p>PURPOSE:To make smooth the tape run, by specifying the type of material of the guide roller of magnetic tape. CONSTITUTION:The guide roller a suspending and guiding the magnetic tape 3 wound on a pair of tape reels 2 left and right mounted in rotary free in the main body case 1 molded with ABS conventionally, is molded in longer cylinder with PBT resin which is the polyester consisting of the telephthalic acid and 1,4-butanediol condensate, 1.35-1.75 in relative viscossity (measured at 25 deg.C, polymer concentration of 0.5% in orthochrolophenol solvent) degree of polymerization, and it is inserted and borne movably in the roller shaft 4 molded and implanted incorporatedly with the inner bottom surface of the main body case 1. Thus, the guide roller a shows excellent size stability (water absorption), wear proof, and solvent solubility performance, and sufficient durability can be given to the cartridge.</p> |
