<p>PURPOSE:To optimize the tape winding, by individually controlling the motor at supply and winding side. CONSTITUTION:The speed control circuit controlling the supply side reel motor 7 consists of the photo signal generation circuit, clutch control circuit, and tape speed adjusting variable resistor, and the tension control circuit 11 controlling the winding reel motor 8 is made up of the reference voltage circuit, tape tension voltage generation circuit, and comparison amplifying circuit and they are connected to the measuring roller 5. Thus, the reel motor 7 and the brake 9 are controlled so that the tape 3 speed is kept constant at all times, and the reel motor 8 is controlled so that the tape 3 tension is gradually decreased. The tape tension is risen to specified value immediately, and after that, the reduction in the tension and the number of revolutions of the reel motor 7 are mutually corresponded to perform tape winding optimized for the winding pressure at the winding start and end without causing the disturbance to the tape winding condition.</p> |
