PURPOSE:To fully stabilize a laser diode average luminous outlet against a surrounding temperature change by a simple and cheap constitution of a single power source in the bias circuit for stabilizing a laser diode luminous outlet. CONSTITUTION:Supplying a laser diode 1a DC bias current from a collector of a transistor 3, a part of luminous efficiency of the laser diode 1 is guided to a photodiode 2 through a optical guide path 9. A cathode of said photodiode 2 is connected with a base of the transistor 3 and with one end of a condenser 6 and further a common power source is connected as illustrated. Through said constitution the luminous output of the laser diode is stabilized. |
