PURPOSE:To improve the initial fitting by honing the internal surface of a cylinder with grindstones bonded by a self-lubricating synthetic resin to easily and uniformly form a layer of the self-lubricating synthetic resin over the internal surface of the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The internal surface 2 of a cylinder is finished by honing with grindstones bonded by a self-lubricating synthetic resin. A layer of the self-lubricating synthetic resin is formed over the internal surface of the cylinder thus improving the initial fitting between a piston and the cylinder. |
