<p>PURPOSE:To simplify controlling mechanism without changing the discharge flow rate during the operation of quantitative pump by providing a specific number of quantitative pumps between more than 3 units of packed beds connected in series so as to form a circulating system. CONSTITUTION:A number of N(more than 3) of the unit packed beds 101-112 are connected with the conduits 601-612 in series to form a circulating system. A raw material fluid is introduced into the packed beds 101-112 through the pump 803, the conduit 807, and the branched pipes 401-412, and adsorbable fluid is drawn out through the branched pipes 201-212, the conduit 805, and the pump 801 from the packed beds 101-112, while nonadsorbable fluid is discharged through the branched pipes 301-312, the conduit 806, and the valve 802. At more than two places betweeen the packed beds 101-112, the quantitative pumps 701-703 are provided at a number of places less than the number as given by the formula(N/4 or the number is raised to a unit unless the formula is not an integer), and switch ing is made gradually so as to operate quantitative pumps at one place at a time.</p> |
