PURPOSE:To obtain easily a diaphragm featuring an extremely good high-band properties by sticking through jetting the metal coat near the top of the cone paper of the speaker diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:Cone paper 20 is turned centering on axis 200, and metal particle 24 obtained from metal wire 23 is jetted inside paper 20 from low-temperature frame spray gun 22. Then gun 22 is shifted in a fixed speed toward the diameter of the cone paper, and masking shield 26 is adhered and held at the circumference of paper 20. The top part of the cone paper over which the metal coat is formed features the increased rigidity along with the improved high-band properties. Furthermore, the adhesion amount of the metal coat increases toward the top part of paper 20 and according to the variation of the circumferential speed, thus obtaining an ideal distribution for the weight, the density and Young's modulus each for the diaphragm. Also the high-accuracy control is possible for the amount of the metal particles sticking, thus securing the steady quality for the diaphragm. |
