PURPOSE:To enhance the function of the ladder combined exchange by adding the time-division type exchange unit to the normal space division-type exchange unit and then controlling these units with the common central processor. CONSTITUTION:The ladder combined exchange consists of subscriber 11, space division-type subscriber line unit 12, hybrid coil and analog digital converter circuit 13, time-division type trunk line exchange unit 14 and central processor 15 each. Exchange unit 14 comprises time-division multiple converter MPX, time-division multiple isolation unit DMX, time slot conversion unit T and channel control unit SPCX. Then the repeating exchange of the time division is performed via the signal line formed by giving the digital conversion to the PCM trunk line or the like. In addition, the trunk line led from unit 12 via the hybrid coil and circuit 13 is also stored to form the ladder combined TLS exchange. And these are controlled with common processor 15. In such way, more effective function is secured for the time- division exchange. |
