<p>PURPOSE:To remove easily majority of oil droplets, seasoning, etc. of food by elevating the temperature of a flat heater being fabricated thru contact with cloth catalyst to cause catalyst reaction thereby working hours are greatly shortened. CONSTITUTION:Part or all of a cloth catalyst is contacted with a flat heater so that the cloth catalyst is combined with the flat heater. The temperature of the flat heater is continuously or intermittently elevated so that the temperature of the cloth temperature is elevated and catalyst reaction takes place. A preferred maximum surface temperature of the flat heater is 180 deg.C. A self-heating element using heating wire of semiconductor is used as heating element. Examples of catalysts are noble metals such as platinum, rhodium, palladium, osmium; oxides of metals such as iron, copper, cobalt, nickel; and base metals.</p> |
