<p>The invention is concerned with novel 5-aryl-2- (subst.)-carbonyl-hydrazino-2,3-e!-thieno-1,4-diaazepines of general formula (I) In this formula: R1 is a hydrogen, chlorine or bromine atom or an alkyl group with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, R2 is a hydrogen, fluorine, chlorine or bromine atom, the nitro or the trifluoromethyl group and R3 is an alkoxy or alkylmercapto group with 1 to 3 carbon atoms, a cycloalkyl or cycloalkenyl group with 3 to 6 carbon atoms, a 5- or 6-membered saturated or unsaturated ring comprising an oxygen, a sulfur or a nitrogen atom as the sole heteroatom, whereby a nitrogen-containing ring may optionally be substituted at the nitrogen atom by a lower alkyl group, and in case R1 represents a bromine atom, R3 may also represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl or hydroxy-alkyl group with 1 to 4 carbon atoms. The compounds of general formula I as well as with their use as intermediate products for the production of valuable pharmaceuticals.</p> |
