<p>PURPOSE:To improve insulation characteristics by injection molding the impregnated portion between coils which are impregnated with low-viscosity and thermosetting resin including inorganic filler. CONSTITUTION:High-tension coil 22, low-tension coil 23 and diode, 24 are housed in the case 21, into which thermosetting resin 25 is injected and hardened. By using thermosetting resin 25 containing 10-50% inorganic filler, impregnation of high- tension coil 22 can be conducted almost completely. Therefore, better insulation characteristics can be obtained by impregnating the portion between coils with such inorganic filler and hardening it with injection molding resin.</p> |
