PURPOSE:To obtain a diaphragm featuring the proper rigidity and a small amount of the internals loss by arranging plural units of the core substance in the same shape and upright on the plane of the bottom part and then providing the sheet material at the upper part of the core each. CONSTITUTION:The slit is formed by arraying the columnar substances on the substrate, and then core substance 31 is formed at the slit bottom part by means of the paper-making tool containing small holes plus the paper-making tool of the mesh type which fits the slit softly. Each core 31 features the upper cross-section of a regular triangle, and ribs 31a-31c are vertical to bottom part 32 and also unified to the bottom part. Then Al-alloy sheet 33 is laid at the upper part of core 31. The size, the weight and the distribution area of the single core are selected properly according to the desired frequency band. And the voice coil is provided at part 32. The diaphragm has the sufficient rigidity even to the lateral stress owing to the cross-section of a regular triangle secured for core 31. Furthermore, the impregnant can be coated perfectly since the core substance and the botton part are unified into a body, thus obtaining the good reproduction properties. |
