Conduit channel for electrical conduit installations, comprising a boxlike rail 1, in whose inner installation device 6 for current tapping and the like, conductors 13, 14 are installed in the back sheet 2 of the rail. The rail is open at the bottom and the front sheet 4 of the rail is hinged to swing up in the top sheet 3 of the rail. Between the back sheet and front sheet of the rail there is sufficient space to fully conceal and protect the current taps and the like 13, 14 behind the front sheet in its swung-down position.
