PURPOSE:To provide an economical method of manufacture, by constructing a round bar steel with only machining process. CONSTITUTION:An outside diameter D is made as possible within the limit of permissible strength, and in a relation between an axial hole diameter d and a bolt distance C, the distance C is made as small as possible. Further with a specific strong bolt used for the tightening bolt, the bolt diameter is made small. In such way, a round bar steel of diameter approximating the outside diameter D is cut into a prescribed length, and the machining work is processed to the axial hole diameter d, bolt hole B, spot facing R, etc., with the construction made to the dimension of t by longitudinally cutting. |
