PURPOSE:To elevate remarkably capillary function, leaking nature, corrosion resistance of wick by using amorphous metalic fibre as wick for heat pipe. CONSTITUTION:When manufacturing heat pipe, first bundle amorphous metalic fibre and use as wick 5, arrange it along inner wall of container 4. Then, insert pitch spiral tube 6 into container 4 and stick it to inner wall of container 4. After these, seal out container end except working liquid enclosing inlet and after extract air from inside of container 4 through this enclosing inlet, enclose working liquid and tightly close enclosing inlet and thus make heat pipe. In the case like this, manufacturing of amorphous metal fibre wick 5 can be done easily and in cheap cost and furthermore its capillary function, leaking nature and corrosion resistance are all shows good result, so, accordingly heat pipe used a.m. amorphous metal fibre as wick 5 display very high heat transmitting ability. |
