Protective strips for roller shutters - are fixed vertically on major shutter face between faces when shutter is rolled

The rubbing strips (1) protect the major shutter faces from progressive wear and tear due to successive winding and unwinding. They extend vertically over the shutter face wich locates inside the winding drum (3). Fixed at definite horizontal intervals, the strips are of supple permeable material of a 3 mm thickness and a 40 mm width, and prevent contact between the two major shutter faces when rolled up. The strips prevent impact damage caused by the leading edge (E) of the shutter on succeeding turns.
