PURPOSE:To enable using scrap tires as fuel without causing public nuisance by supplying and burning completely scrap tires cut into small pieces in a combustion cylinder in which an air supplying cylinder is arranged vertically and discharging combustion smoke after removing dust with an air screen. CONSTITUTION:When fuel of scrap tires cut into small pieces is loaded into a hopper 7, the fuel is carried up to a fuel feeding throgh 9 via a fuel sending out device 8 and a conveyer 10 driven by a motor 11. Passing an air jet port 13a which prevents the reverse flow of combustion smoke, the fuel is supplied into the combustion cylinder 4 of a hot air generating cylinder 3. On the other hand, air is blown out from the jet holes 2... of a cylinder 1 in the combustion cylinder 4, and so fuel ignited on a grate 6 is burnt completely under convection. Generated combustion smoke enters a dust collecting cylinder 14 via a pipe 15 and, after removed dust by the effect of air screen formed by air blown out from air jet holes 16..., is discharged from a chimney 18. |
