<p>The sheet of paper carrying Braille markings, for reading by track by a blind person, has its entire surface completely and uniformly coloured. This colour is pref. red. The colour increases the sensitivity of the blind person, enabling the text to be read faster. This method is more effective for persons who have not been blind from birth, and who are in the process of learning to read by the Braille system.</p> |
