PURPOSE:To achieve a long travel of noise shed from a noise source to a passenger coach, even noise, and low noise level by supplying screens among cooler and partial blow grills. CONSTITUTION:Screens 21, 21' are supplied among coolers 12, 12' and some blow grills. Both of the fan 14, 14' feed cool air into cool air ducts 13, 13' through coolers 19, 19' and a guide duct 23. The cool air passes between a diagonal partition wall 22 and said screens 21, 21' to the center or the near area of it and makes a further pass through each blow grills 15, 15' into a passenger coach 6. A noise of the fans 14, 14' is shed out in the similar cource to the cool air. As a noise from the coolers 12, 12' makes a relatively long travel to some blow grills 15A, 15A' close to those coolers, noise level may get even. |
