<p>PURPOSE:To provide a noiseless stabilizer having an excellent resistance against heat and humidity by using a metal housing to enclose the boty of a transformer consisting of a core, bobbin, and coil to be followed by pressure-molding the external and internal of the housing with a thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION:The body of a transformer at least consisting of a core 1, bobbin 2 and a coil 3 wound on the core is placed together with a capacitor 4 into a cylindrical metal housing 6 having attachment supports bases 6'. The internal and external of the so assembled parts are entirely molded under heat and pressure with a thermosetting molding material having a good molding and after-curing properties. In this manner, the process provides a stabilizer having an excellent resistance against humidity and heat, and a resulting little decrease in insulating property under high-humidity high-temperature condition.</p> |
