PURPOSE:To discover a local overheating early by separating refrigerant gas that passed through about the end of the stator core from other refrigerant gas and by leading it to the detector that detects fine particles or hydrocarbon contained in the refrigerant gas. CONSTITUTION:An outlet 4 for refrigerant gas is opened in the neighborhood of the end of stator core 6, which is liable to be locally overheated, only the refrigerant gas that passed through about the end of core is separated from other refrigerant gas, and is fed to the detector 3 such as a fine particle monitor to watch a local overheating. In this way, since the refrigerant gas that contains fine particles of insulator and hydrocarbon produced by overheating and is not diluted by other gas is led to the detector, a local overheating can be discovered in the early stage. |
