PURPOSE:To prevent a bang-off of a gate by use of a control lever of a fastening in swing-free connection with the fittings and a stopper attached on a gate or fixed bar. CONSTITUTION:In a case a rear gate 1 is opened downwards, a cargo pushes the rear gate 1 to pull in the directin of an arrow A. A fastened fittings 5 is turned with the pin 6 to stop at a point before two U-shapes 7, 10 are coincided because of a contact of a handle 15 with a stopper 17. In driving, the contact of the handle 15 with the stopper 17 prevents a turning of the fastened fittings 5 caused by driving vibration. For removal of the pin 6, a shifing lever 13 is turned outwards and upwards a cargo deck to coincide both U-shapes 7, 10 of the fastened fittings 5 and a stay 4. |
