PURPOSE:To easily ensure that a temporary connection is to be cut and removed through easy detection of such connection after being wound with an insulating material by a method wherein a straight piece is interposed as the temporary connection between two conductors on which the insulating material is to be wound. CONSTITUTION:A straight piece 8 is used as a temporary connector for two conductors. The piece 8 has holes 9, 9' at its both ends through which the trailing edge 1a of a long conductor and the leading edge 1b of the next long conductor are passed. Then, the both ends 1a, 1b are bent and fixed by an adhesive tape. The presence of the straight piece 8 as temporary connection is useful as indicated below. When the conductors are wound with an insulating material and then wound on the spool 6, if the connection has reached the spool 6, the connected part bends, clearly indicating the presence of the connection. This ensures that the temporary connection is detected, cut and removed, and thus preventing the connection from mixing in the products. |
