Blood vessel section detachment forceps - have removable parts forming groove and mating strip on jaws

The forcepts are for detachment of a section of a blood vessel when operating for anastomosis. They have shanks hinging together and with jaws and grips at opposite ends, also a locking device to hold the shanks shut. One of the jaws (4) has a part (8) removable in the lengthwise direction and forming a groove with it, open towards the other jaw (5). The latter has a further parr (10), also removable in the lengthwise direction and forming a strip with it, and fitting in the groove with the jaws closed.
