<p>When the type of powder is changed, for example for the coating of different articles or article regions, there is the risk that powder residues of the powder previously used will mix with the new powder and coating faults thereby occur. This is avoided in that the powders are conveyed via different feedlines (13, 17, 14, 18) to a common delivery line (20), in that only the particular feedline (13, 17) required is opened and the other feedlines (for example, 14, 18) are closed, without the position of the lines relative to one another being varied, the lines being cleaned by scavenging gas downstream of line-closing points (15, 16). <IMAGE></p> |
