<p>PURPOSE:To adjust the amount of return flow properly and automatically by the variation of load, by controlling and EGR valve which returns exhaust gas to the suction system by the force of the accelerator stepping on pressure and the number of revolutions of the engine which function contrarily. CONSTITUTION:Suction pipe 18 of engine E is linked to an exhaust pipe (not shown) via return flow path 19. At its opening is provided valve 20. Governor shaft 1, which coordinates with a crankshaft (not shown), is placed inside housing 2. On shaft 1 is provided flywheel 8 and governor sleeve 9, which is moved by flywheel 8. Further, there is provided control block 11, which coordinates with sleeve 9, and block 11 is connected to valve 20. Shaft 1 is fitted with lever 12, which is driven by accelerator lever 15, which makes ooeration opposite to the operation of sleeve 9 and thereby controls the opening and closing of valve 20.</p> |
