<p>ANALGESIC COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING LAEVO-OR DEXTRO-PROPOXYPHENE AND BENZODIAZEPINES AND PROCESS Analgesic compositions having a remarkably high analgesic activity and a process for obtaining an analgesic effect are provided, in which the active components are laevo or dextro-propoxyphene and at least one of certain benzodiazepines. The analgesic activity of these combinations is remarkable, inasmuch as the laevo-propoxyphene and the benzodiazepines when administered separately do not display appreciable analgesic activity, and moreover benzodiazepines that are pharmacologically inert may also be effective in these combinations.</p> |
