PURPOSE:To obtain a drink comprising Bacillus natto (B) having food digestion promoting, bactericidal, and carcinostatic actions, by incorporating pulverized dried B with powder for drink. CONSTITUTION:Bacillus natto (B) is adsorbed on an organic sunstance, e.g. diatomaceous earth, lactose and SPD, dried and pulverized. The powder is then incorporated with fruit juice, lactic acid beverage, soybean milk, milk powder, or powdered refreshing drink or sweetening agent, and if necessary, dissolved in water, to give the desired drink. The deodoring by the drink renders B, which has been useful only as fermented soybeans, readily eatable. |
