PURPOSE:To secure the memory process for the necessary message and the like by having a interactive communication to the originator via the automatic answering telephone set and in an automatic or manual way with use of the computer and the memory medium. CONSTITUTION:Computer 1 is installed at the control center, and then the interface for connection between the CPU and the external unit, the memory medium, the time information generator and other control circuits are provided to computer 1. Furthermore, keyboard 2 functioning as the input device is connected along with CRT display 3 functioning as the output device, the memory consisting of printer 4 and floppy disk unit 5 each. In addition, the following units are provided: circuit switching means 16 to switch each circuit 37 from the subscriber's side to the control center side; cross-bar exchange 7 which connects circuit 37 and hand set 6 of the necessary number within the center in case the circuit 37 switched to the center side has the incoming; and indicator board 8 to display the incoming given to circuit 37 switched to the center side. Thus an interactive communication is secured to the remote subscriber to carry out the memory process for the necessary message and others. |
