<p>PURPOSE:To form a unique compound three-dimensional pattern consisting of the pattern of a mold and that of an expansion sheet by placing an expansion-deformable sheet in a mold having a three-dimensional pattern on the inner surface and charging a curable ornamental material composition into the mold. CONSTITUTION:An expansion-deformable sheet B comprises a film 1 provided thereon with sections 2 expansion-deformable by contact with the liquid component of a curable dress material composition 4 and with sections 3 non-deformable by the contact. The sheet B is placed along the internal surface of a mold A having an internal-surface three-dimensional pattern a. Then, the composition 4 brings the sheet B into close contact with the internal surface of the mold A, and a pattern corresponding to the pattern of the mold is formed at the bottom portion of the ornamental material layer 4. After a while, the sections 2 of the sheet B undergoe expansion deformation to form a minute three-dimensional pattern corresponding to the bottom portion of the layer 4. On curing of the layer 4, the assembly of the layer 4 and the sheet B is taken out of the mold A, to yield a formed dress materia product.</p> |
