PURPOSE:To reuse used tyre as energy source. CONSTITUTION:Used tyres are stacked up on a fire grate such that the high-temperature tyre gas will pass through the center cavity of the tyre stack. The ignition oil burner 18 is ignited to burn the tyres. Said oil burner 18 is put out within a predetermined period of time and switched to air blast alone which is enough to allow natural combustion of used tyres. Tyre gas is taken out from a side of the topmost portion of the tyre gas generator by a connecting iron pipe, and such gas is supplied as energy to a boiler, hot-air oven, etc. and burned for reuse as heat source. |
