<p>A water driven generator ship uses a flow of water through special ducts along the inside of the hull. A series of chain-linked thrust flaps is displaced by this water-flow. The flaps operate chain drives to integral generators. The system provides a simple lay-out for the generators, with no permanent site required. The water-flow follows a meandering duct through the anchored bull to increase the effective coupling to the flaps.</p> |
