The vehicle ventilation opening is covered by a dome-shaped cover that has a pair of generally triangular shaped and outwardly bowed resilient doors pivoted at opposite sides of the cover. Their adjacent free end portions moved between an inwardly displaced open position and a closed position. A compression spring is interposed between the adjacent free ends of the doors to force them against their hinged connections at the sides of the cover.
