<p>The voltage source includes an amplifier (V) supplying the emitter follower, with a constant amplification factor of -1. A second transistor (T2) is inserted in the collector circuit of the emitter follower transistor (T1), its base coupled to its collector via a resistor (R2). The latter has the same resistance as the internal resistance of the amplifier. The emitter of the second transistor (T2) is coupled via an internal voltage source (Ui), or via a transistor-diode potential shifting circuit, to the input of the amplifier (V). The constant compensated output voltage (UA) has the same amplitude of the latter internal source (Ui), or potential shift.</p> |
