PURPOSE:To continually display right wavelengths by correcting error portions by beforehand memorizing a plurality of coefficient value necessary for a correction function to a memory storage that is not erased by the suspension of conduction. CONSTITUTION:A diffraction grating 2 placed on a turntable 1 is revolved and driven by means of a driving mechanism consisting of a lever 3, a feed screw 4, a slider 5 and a pulse motor 10, and the pulse motor 10 is rotated only by an angle of revolution corresponding to pulse number given from a pulse generator 17. The number of pulses generated from the pulse generator 17 is also forwarded to a correction wavelength generator 16-F in an error compensator 16, and the correction wavelength generator 16-F puts out right wavelength value after correction corresponding to the number of pulses obtained by subtracting error portions is performed to the number of pulses input. A wavelength annunciator 18 displays wavelength value after the correction. |
