The catalyst may also contain at least one of P, B or Si. The atomic ratios of Mo to Pd and/or Pt, As to Pd and/or Pt and P, B, and/or Si to Pd and/or Pt may be within the ranges 2-50, 0.1-10 and 0.2-10, respectively. The catalyst may be carried on a support of silicon carbide, colloidal silica, alumina or a refractory material. |
