The attachment rounds a Bourdon tube safety manometer in the wall of an air pressure vessel. The manometer is contained in a hollow cylindrical screw housing (13) which has short hollow connecting pieces (11, 14) at either end. The top piece (11) is threaded on the outside and is screwed into the vessel wall. The narrow rectangular Bourdon tube (20) is wound in a spiral around the central column (14) and the air inlet tube (21) is welded into the inlet bore hole (18). The other Bourdon tube end (22) is closed and connected to a circular indicator disc (23) by a pin. The disc rotates corresp. to the pressure and is viewed through the transparent screen (24). The bottom piece (14) is sealed by a screw-on cap (19) and contains a rupture disc (32).
