PURPOSE:To avoid the malfunction due to the leak current of the driving transistor Tr, the the noise and others by using the 1st and 2nd driving transistors Tr which conduct with reception of the input signal, the signal holding Tr and the switching means each. CONSTITUTION:With application of the input signal to signal input TrQ41, driving TrQ11 and Q12 conduct. And load RL is driven by signal holding Tr consisting of load driving TrQ21 and signal feedback TrQ31, and the driving Tr is held even after the input signal does not exist. The leak current of TrQ11 and Q12 is absorbed by switching TrQ51, and thus TrQ21 and Q31 do not conduct by the leak current to cause no malfunction. Also in the case of the noise or the like, the undesired conduction is inhibited. In case the input signal exists, TrQ52 conducts with TrQ51 turned nonconductive due to the reduction of the base current, and thus the load is driven via TrQ21. And the current flows to the base of TrQ53, and a large amount of current flows to load RL to secure the normal action. |
