PURPOSE:To shorten driving start up time, by raising a DC motor's driving voltage in accordance with rising of counter electromotive force generating in the DC motor until it starts its constant rotation after its startup, so that the current flowing into the DC motor can be fixed. CONSTITUTION:A frequency discriminator 1 makes an input of a tack signal 7 put out from a tack signal generator 6 and makes an output of a speed error signal 2 to a motor driving circuit 3. When a DC motor 5 is started from its static condition, a control signal 11 is put into a limiter control circuit 12. And therefore, the limiter control circuit 12 makes an output to a limiter 14 of a limiter control signal 13 adjusted to rising characteristics of the DC motor 5 in advance, and the limiter 14, after making voltage control by the limiter control signal 13, makes an output to the motor driving circuit 3 of magnitude of the speed error signal 2 put out from the frequency discriminator 1. |
